IN-NETWORK INSURANCE:

I’m in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, & UnitedHealthcare. Check out my insurance page for more details on verifying benefits and coverage.

OUT- OF -NETWORK COVERAGE:

If I’m out-of-network, and you have nutrition counseling benefits, I can offer you a superbill to submit to your insurance in hopes of getting reimbursed. The session fee must be paid at time of service and a card is required to be on file. Check out my insurance page for details.

HSA/FSA PAYMENTS

HSA & FSA cards are accepted! Remember that your FSA dollars expire each calendar year while your HSA funds roll over with no expiration.

SELF-PAY / PRIVATE PAY:

$180 for initial consults; $135 for follow-ups.
