Please note that I require a valid credit card on file to secure appointments. To provide the best possible care and availability to all my patients, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. I understand that life happens, but a late cancellation or no-show has an impact.

I provide automated reminder emails and texts for appointments. These reminders are provided as a courtesy. You are responsible for attending your appointment. A no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours will result in a fee of $100.
